2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure payment platforms offered at checkout.
ELISAB reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
ELISAB is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. Our returns policy is as follows:
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Sale items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair for a major failure, or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days with images and details of the fault.
7. Gift Cards
ELISAB gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
