We ship all orders using Australia Post to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Processing Times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping – Flat rate $15 | Estimated delivery 3–7 business days
Express Shipping – Flat rate $20 | Estimated delivery 1–3 business days
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 AUD
Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from our boutique in 16/2 Pisconeri Street, Perth WA 6000.
Orders will be ready for collection within 2 hours during business hours (you will receive an email when it’s ready).
Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID when collecting.
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet stated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high postal volumes, weather events, or customs processing. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit once lodged with Australia Post.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At ELISAB, we take great care to ensure the quality of every piece we send out.
We accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items only.
Wrong size? We are happy to offer an exchange for the correct size (if available) or a store credit of the same value.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing admin@elisab.com.au with your order number, photographs, and details of the issue.
Once approved, you will be provided with return or exchange instructions.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
